Call out to Members to apply for BASES Division and Committee positions

We are inviting members to apply for the following positions within the BASES Divisions and  Committees:

You can apply for more than one position. However, you can hold only one position at any one time. Five CPD credits are available for members.

Term of Office: Division members shall normally hold post for a two year period and Committee members for a three year period.

Divisions

Division of Biomechanics and Motor Behaviour

  • CPD Representative

Division of Physiology and Nutrition

  • CPD Representative
  • Membership Representative

Division of Sport and Performance

  • Membership Representative

Division of Psychology

  • Student Representative

Committees

Awards Committee Representative x 1 

Main purpose: To review all awards and grants.

Accreditation Committee Representatives x 3 in High Performance & Applied Physiology; Sports Nutrition; Strength & Conditioning.
(Members must be BASES accredited and will also be asked to review other discipline applications as a 2nd reviewer) 

Main purpose: To be responsible for all aspects of the Accreditation and Supervised Experience schemes including quality assurance and reviewing.
