BASES, the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences, is the professional body and multi- disciplinary membership association for sport and exercise scientists in the UK. It was founded in 1984 and is a not-for-profit organisation (registered as a private company limited by guarantee). At present, there are approximately 2,600 members of the Association.

We are currently seeking a new Non-Executive Director (NED) with significant and relevant experience to provide the Board with the benefit of professional financial expertise and oversight. The appointment will be for an initial three-year term.
