Workshops

BASES provides members with relevant and topical CPD opportunities through our programme of full and half day workshops, bringing you the latest in sport and exercise science research and practice and on a variety of topics relating to the science of sport, exercise, fitness, health and nutrition. A number of our workshops are designed to support members enrolled on the Supervised Experience programme, enabling them to meet required criteria for BASES accreditation.

  • Book early as places are limited
  • All bookings must be made before the closing date listed on the event.
  • Please see individual event details for current cancellation T&C's.

Interested in hosting a BASES workshop?

Our workshop programme is dependent upon BASES members (and non-members) putting forward ideas and hosting workshops for fellow members and associates. We are always to keen to hear from anyone who would be willing to present or host a workshop on a relevant topic.

In addition to the financial proceeds (presenters retain up to 80% of delegate fees) hosting a BASES workshop is a great way to earn CPD credits, strengthen your CV and contribute to your Association. BASES will support by promoting the event, taking bookings and providing administrative support.
