BASES advertises jobs studentships and internships. All vacancies are added to the BASES website, where our vacancies page receives over 15,000 visits per month.

We have two packages you can choose from:  All prices exclude VAT.


  • £299 for 1 job advertisement
  • £449 for 2 job advertisements
  • £549 for 3 job advertisements. £100 for each subsequent job.

Studentships are financial grants available for academic study; scholarships/bursaries – typically for MRes or MPhil/PhD positions. Normally they would include an £X stipend plus full-time Home/EU tuition fees and examination fee.

To submit a studentship  click here. All adverts will be added to the BASES website and will be promoted via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. There is a £25 + VAT admin fee for each studentship or internship advertised. 

If you submit a job vacancy, you will receive a link allowing you to list a studentship/internship vacancy free of charge.

Research assistantships and research fellowships (i.e., salaried posts) are not eligible for the BASES studentship pages. Such positions must be submitted as  job vacancies. Taught Masters programmes are not eligible for the BASES studentship pages, but can be advertised on the BASES Course Finder.


Internships provide real world experience to those looking to explore or gain the relevant knowledge and skills required to enter into a particular career field. To submit an internship click here.

The BASES Position Stand on Graduate Internships provides good practice recommendations for the provision of quality graduate internships. Key is the concept of mutual benefit to the graduate and employer. A guide for establishing the employment status and rights of graduate interns, including remuneration is also provided. Graduate internships advertisers need to agree to the following statement: I agree that I have read The BASES Position Stand on Graduate Internships, and I confirm that this graduate internship complies with the advice given in this position stand.


Payment is accepted via credit card or invoice.

If paying by invoice please provide a purchase order number  to the BASES office when submitting a job advert. Please note we do not offer agency commission.
